St. James’ Church is taking part in the national Heritage Open Days event.
7th – 9th September 2012
Heritage Open Days celebrates England’s fantastic architecture and culture by offering free access to places that are usually closed to the public or normally charge for admission. Every year over four days in September, buildings of every age, style and function throw open their doors. It is a once-a-year chance to discover architectural treasures and enjoy a wide range of tours, events and activities that bring local history and culture to life.
From 7th – 9th September, drop in to St. James’ to:
- look around the church
- Enjoy some refreshments
- See our exhibitions
- Browse our local history book stall
- Attend our free talks, guided tours and family activities (see programme below)
